I would rate this zero stars if possible. The worst building I have been to. Ok first of all everybody is a snitch. Second of all they ban everything they ban football playing with bikes even walking back home! They dont let us sit in the reception and the maintenance is soo bad there are cocoroaches everywhere and they building quality is bad the security is even worse they tell us to play at home why! Plus its hot outside and they are telling us to go to the park where its even hotter. I just came from downstairs and they are charging us a 500 aed fine for no fricking reason I hate this building and I will move as soon I as can :(😡 at least my apartment is good no really any issues.

Apart from long downtime on common maintenance - air condition, water supply, swimming pool etc., its a decent tower, and maintained well.Re maintenance - the units are without air conditioning for over a month.

Firstly, the facilities are genuine garbage faulty gym machines plus lack of machines on top of that the pool doesn’t have an automatic chlorine system they put it by hand meaning the water is filthy and urine filled not safe at all. They banned all kids from doing anything fun so if you or your children enjoy basketball cricket even football they scream and yell and force the children out so if you have kids don’t move here at all maintenance is genuine trash never doing anything with 2 days a simple lock repair took me 3 mins took them 4 days bare in mind I have no prior skills in lock related matters cockroach filled horrible community but don’t just take my word on it look at the dozens of other reviews on this slum equivalent area wish I never moved here.

The building layout isnt bad. It has a central play area with swimming pool which makes it attractive at first instance but dont fall for it. Badly maintained. Cockroach swarming all around. Leakages in many places with wall painting issues no matter how much you paint due to the underlying leakage which they all have no clue what to do. In built Cupboards that cant be added shelves and there is no space for adding another in case if you are coming from an apartment with lot of storage. Any issues the real estate agents wont take responsibility before moving in and will try all sort of workaround and not resolve. They also say to families that the apartment are not given to bachelors but the building is swarming with bachelors as well.

Residential community, quiet area, parking, swimming pool and gym available al maya supermarket 200 meters distance and bus stop is 100 meter distance

Supposed to be family residence, flats being rented to single men 4 to 6 per flat being more like labour camp. Building is new AC not working maintenance team is disaster. Bad smell from sewage in the building. Shared facilities zero hygiene, some people in pool with their clothes not using shower before going to pool. Only one parking space no possibility to park outside.

The building was new and therefore people flocked in. But the flats are not of the best quality and neither are the owners. Since I moved , suffering from low pressure water, balcony glass has gap through which you hear wind howling all day long, parking spaces designed so tight, an exterior cleaning of the building caused a hole under the window join through which rain water was seeping in the flat, all the gaps in external glasses causing dust in the flat, false fire alarms every now and then even in the middle of the night !!! Now I don’t know which is real and which is false.And requesting for fix to security , maintenance team , home owners are just waste of time. I assume this building will soon be occupied by bachelors who care less and used as labor accommodation. I made some commitments in this area and therefore stuck here for another year else I would move out asap.

DO NOT come here! it use to be family only building now you have sharing facility and family sharing practically all the blocks. Pool is always occupied by kids who are like orphans, parents leave them in the pool and leave! kids are loud and some tenants left the apartment because of this. bachelors who are occupying apartments, come out of their balcony to make phone calls which can be heard Miles away. this community is worse than fish market

Worst place to live and securities asking bribes for parking inside.iv never seen such guards who has so much aunthority to tell that if you want to park inside pay us 400 per month . Let no one know , we will provide you space inside.Despite of many spaces inside now all the vehicles are parked outside in dust . This makes this building in proper to stay and I and my family has already vacated.Please take control over this and don’t ever go to flat b509 under hyderbabi owners.. they will steal your things

Great building and ambience. Maintenance sucks! No proper processes in place. You spend lot of time and energy chasing people for maintenance. Nobody knows how things work when we have an issue.

The worst community since i moved in there is not network inside the building, its bean 9 months they are fixing it, The maintenance service is very poor the the AC temperature never go below 24 even if we set it below 10, The AC is provided by emicool but they will not provide any service only collect the money and the average AC bill is 800-900 dhs and still you have to live without proper cooling.

Nice place to live, well maintained, security available 24 hours, some constructions in the area but nit much,

Gym is not that great, pool area and lobby is always crowded with kids.

Quite old residential area with lot of bachelor accommodations around in the same area

Perfect layout for 2 bhk and 1 bhk
